Selling To Us

We are currently not buying any clothes. 

We have recently purchased a huge number of items and are working to get those on our website. We are taking a break from buying any more clothes until further notice. If you are interested in how to sell to us in the future - please read on.

If you are going to sell clothes to FlipSize, you need to make sure you send us only clothes we can accept – find our standards explained here.

Sort your clothes and set aside any clothes that don’t meet our standards.

  1. Look around your house and find a box, bag, or bin and put the clothes inside. Then write your name and email address on a piece of paper and include that in your receptacle of choice. If you haven’t registered for an account on our site, do that here. 

  2. Now you need to figure out which location is closest to you. We have locations in Langley, Coquitlam and Maple Ridge. Send me an email and let me know you’re planning to drop off clothes and ask me to send you the address of the location closest to you. You can find the cross streets for each location here 

  3. Then go ahead and drop your items off and send me an email to let me know you’ve done so. And you’re done.

Now it’s my part....

I’ll process your items and make sure they meet our standards (here’s a video I posted on Facebook to show how I check clothes over). When I’m done I’ll send you an email telling you how many points have been added to your account. You will receive your points based on 25%* of the selling price in our store  (20 FlipSize points = $1).

*Percentage can change anytime based on inventory levels, demand and at management discretion.

Earn the maximum points for new with tags items, boutique brands and higher end consumer brands. 

Brand examples: Gymboree, Hanna Andersson, Zutano, Guess, Janie & Jack, Oilily, Gap, Naartjie, Mini Boden, Tea Collection, Hanna Banana, Baby Lulu and Ralph Lauren and others alike.

Once your points have been added to your account you can use them to pay for items in our store and if you do this we’ll give you extra loyalty points as described here or you can use them for PayPal cash or gift cards.

Any items we did not accept will be offered back to you. If you would like these items back, we'll return them to the FlipSize location on our next trip. Please pick up your returned items in a timely manner. Items not picked up within 2 weeks will be considered donated and we will donate them to charity.
