Returns and Refunds

 


Clothing Returns and Exchanges:
There is no complicated returns policy here. All clothing sales are final. We do not offer any returns, exchanges or credit. If for any reason an item you have picked is found to have any defect or stain you will be notified and credited for that item. Plus, we still include it in your order. :)

Gold Membership Refunds:
We will honor a 30 day refund policy to our Gold members on top of our cancel anytime policy. We will fully refund the Gold membership fee you paid if there is no activity on your account within the first 30 days of your membership being established and created. Activity means that you have sent in clothing to FlipSize for point exchange, you have spent points that were credited to you account or you have purchased any clothing or other items for cash after implementing a gold membership.If you have not used or created activity on your account, then you may cancel, and your account will be fully refunded. However, you will have the option to come back and become a gold member anytime.

Read before canceling: Once your cancellation form has been received your account will be returned ato a basic membership. (free account). FlipSize will not prorate canceled accounts for any reason. We encourage you to spend any flip points you may still have in your account prior to canceling. However, we will hold your account in an inactive status for 30 days in case you decide to come back and start flipping again. If you do reactivate your membership within the 30 day period any points you may have had left in your account will be available to you again. 30 days after your account closure date hits, any points that may have been left in your account will be forfeited and your account will be fully closed.
